With the 2026 IATBA Championships now concluded, many student boxers will be looking for ways to stay active, gain more ring experience, and continue their development over the summer months.

The upcoming Wild Atlantic Box Cup presents a fantastic opportunity to do exactly that. Hosted in County Mayo, this tournament is a great chance to get more competitive bouts under your belt, especially for our newer boxers looking to build their records.

• Dates: 19th – 21st June 2026
• Venue: Ballina Boxing Club, Co. Mayo
• Entry Fee: €30 per boxer | €10 per coach

🥊 Relevant Categories for Student Boxers

While the tournament caters to all ages from BG1 upwards, the following categories are highly relevant for IATBA competitors:

• U19: For boxers born in 2008 & 2009.
• Senior: For boxers born in 2007 or earlier.
• Senior Novice: Specifically for boxers with 0-7 contests. (This is an ideal category for anyone who competed in our Junior Novice or early Senior Novice classes this year!)

Entries have been officially open since Wednesday, March 4th.
